Motus

We aren't just physical therapists.
We're also athletes and movement specialists.

We believe movement is medicine. From goat yoga to Ironman competitions, it’s a critical part of how we shake off stress, build community, and connect with a bigger vision for ourselves.

So, you don’t have to be a professional athlete to feel like there’s a lot at stake when you’ve been sidelined by injury, trauma, or surgery.

The problem is, most active people struggle to pinpoint the root cause of their problem. Too often, this causes them to give up activities they love, or assume they’ll just never get back to pre-injury activity levels.

We’re on a mission to change that.

MOTUS’ 4P Joint by Joint Approach to healing identifies the source of your pain, then rebuilds strength and restores mobility with an innovative combination of cutting-edge technology, functional therapy, and neuromuscular training. Our job is to help you unlock the maximum potential from your body, so you can perform at your highest capacity on the field, in your job, or with your friends–without worrying about re-injury.
Motus
I don't know where to begin! The MOTUS team began treating my 8th grade daughter in fall '16 for chronic heel pain that we had attributed to Sever's Disease. It was keeping her from playing soccer and running track and XC. She was miserable and I felt lost about how to help her. Long story short, the MOTUS staff analyzed her gait and muscle strengths and weaknesses and found that her pain was originating from the hip and knee. They are incredibly kind, knowledgeable, thoughtful, and they really look at the whole person. Thanks to their strength training plan and care, she is now pain free and doing so well in all of her sports. Not only does she feel so great after leaving (and extremely exhausted) every time, but she always feels mentally better after working at MOTUS. I can't say enough positive things!

when you've been sidelined by injury, trauma, or surgery.

Our team is here to make sure you feel 110%, so you can really give 110%–without
wondering if you’re pushing too hard, or worrying you’ll end up with an injury.
